The equipment adopts high temperature and high pressure drying process, using steam as the heat source, heating in the compartment, first using high temperature and high pressure to kill all pathogens in the animal body, and then using low temperature vacuum drying treatment, and finally get meat and bone meal dry products, feather meal and animal oil.
The closed turnover box is used for the transportation of animal carcasses to prevent the spread of pathogens. It is easy to load and unload, avoiding direct contact with diseased animals.
Timely treatment of animal carcasses directly into pre-crushing equipment. Temporary storage is available in cold storage areas for processing queues.
After unloading, transport vehicles and containers enter the disinfection channel for thorough cleaning.
