Closed Transport

The closed turnover box is used for the transportation of animal carcasses to prevent the spread of pathogens. It is easy to load and unload, avoiding direct contact with diseased animals.

Centralized Treatment Plant

Timely treatment of animal carcasses directly into pre-crushing equipment. Temporary storage is available in cold storage areas for processing queues.

Vehicle Disinfection

After unloading, transport vehicles and containers enter the disinfection channel for thorough cleaning.

Crushing Equipment

Carcasses of sick animals and poultry are pre-broken by a special crusher for further processing.

High-temperature Processing & Drying

Broken carcasses are transported to the chemical tank via a vacuum feed pump for autoclave treatment.

Material Drying Treatment

After sterilization, materials are sent to the dryer for final high-temperature drying.
