The automated cutting equipment is equipped with a CNC system with a cutting accuracy of ±0.5mm, which can accurately cut various types of steel to meet the needs of complex components and reduce material waste; the intelligent welding robot is equipped with intelligent sensing technology, and the welding speed is 3-5 times faster than manual work. The quality of the welds far exceeds the industry standard and can operate stably in harsh environments; the digital coating production line uses automated spraying equipment to accurately control the thickness and uniformity of the coating. The closed environment operation is both environmentally friendly and can improve the anti-corrosion performance of the steel structure by 5-10 years; the large crawler crane at the construction site has a maximum lifting capacity of 1,000 tons, and cooperates with the intelligent control system to ensure accurate and correct component installation.

The first phase covers an area of 108 acres and has an investment of about 400 million yuan to create a production base with an annual output of 60,000 tons of steel structure processing capabilities.

Our infrastructure shares top-tier core technologies, including more than 200 patented technologies and scientific and technological research and development results. We specialize in design, manufacturing, installation, prefabricated housing, multi- (super) high-rise steel structures, large-span space tube truss steel structures, plant steel structures, green building materials, and other prefabricated building production and manufacturing.
Factory Facilities
Construction started on October 15, 2020, covering an area of 107 acres, with a total construction area of 71,629.57 square meters, a total investment of 1 billion yuan, and a planned investment of 450 million yuan in the first phase. The facility has a variety of advanced processing equipment, with a complete set of special equipment from component cutting, forming, assembly, welding, rust removal, painting, testing, etc. It can meet the processing requirements of various complex components, complex nodes and new structures.

The factory covers an area of 50,000 square meters, divided into four workshops, with 8 professional production lines, 58 cranes of various tonnages, a maximum lifting capacity of 50 tons, and a monthly production capacity of 6,000 tons. It mainly produces box columns, cross columns, round tube columns, welded H-beam columns, welded H-beams and box trusses, special-shaped giant steel structures, steel truss floor decks and other products.
