In 1996, the first production workshop - Engine Plant was built. Over the decade, nearly one million square meters of welding, painting, stamping, gearbox, power station, mould, and storehouse facilities have been designed and built. The progression and structural setup of automotive manufacturing developments are deeply integrated with our premium steel structure implementations.
Our manufacturing operations have always insisted on the research and development of independent intellectual property. We have obtained more than 600 patent technology achievements and developed 100 national, industry, local, and group standards and regulations.
We employ more than 500 R&D personnel and have established R&D Centers with reputable academic institutions. Close partnerships have been formed with famous entities like Tsinghua University, Tongji University, Tianjin University, Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, the National Center for Quality Supervision and Inspection of Fixed Fire-extinguishing Systems and Fire Construction, and the National Research Center of Techniques for Building Materials. The facilities include a National Enterprise Technical Center, a national-level post-doctoral research center, a provincial-level academician workstation, and a provincial enterprise research institute.
Founded in 1985, our steel structure manufacture has constantly been forging ahead, taking a leading position in the industry. We have edited and co-edited 100+ state industry standards and specifications, secured 600+ national patents, and initiated strategic cooperation modes. It is among the first to obtain product certifications from the United States, the European Union, and Russia's GOST. Our products are sold worldwide, with thousands of model projects covering over 40 industries and distributed in more than 70 countries or regions globally.
We possess the Special Qualification for the General Housing Construction Contract, Steel Structure Manufacturing Enterprise Qualification (special), Grade I of Specialized Contracting for Steel Structure Projects, Grade A of Light Steel Structure Engineering Design, and Grade I Qualification of Special Construction of Steel Structure.
