1.1 General Technical Condition

1) Earthquake Resistance: The structure can prevent the 8 magnitude earthquake.

2) Seismic Design: The design of seismic grouping is the first group, the site characteristic cycle is considered 0.45s, the construction site category is considered by Class III, and the damping ratio of steel structure is 0.05. The maximum αmax of the horizontal earthquake influence coefficient is 0.04, which is calculated by 5 years.

3) Safety Level: Structural safety level is grade 2. The coefficient of importance is 1.0.

4) Corner Fitting: Corner fitting elevation plus or minus zero.

1.2 Materials

Normally, steel beams, steel columns, and purlins are all made of Q235B cold bending galvanized light steel.

  • 3. New Type MGO Board: Unlike standard, weak MGO boards used by others that lack water resistance, our MGO board contains cement inside, making it exceptionally strong and waterproof.
  • 4. Thicker Sandwich Panel: We use high-quality sandwich panels with a 0.4mm outer skin. Other suppliers often use panels with a claimed 0.3mm skin that is actually only 0.25mm thick, making it fragile and easy to damage.
  • 5. Precision Columns: Our columns are crafted using a bending machine, ensuring exact hole alignment for easy installation. Others use cold forming machines which frequently result in misaligned holes.
  • 6. Stronger Sub-Floor Frame: We feature 14 bottom secondary beams (approx. 380mm spacing) to prevent floor shaking. Others use only 9 beams (approx. 570mm spacing), resulting in a bouncy, unstable floor.
  • 7. Thick Steel Frame: Our bare frame (without powder coating) is 2.3mm thick. Other suppliers use thin 1.8mm steel frames which collapse without adding support beams in the middle.
