Steel structure factories are mainly used for various types of processing and logistics warehousing. Their characteristics include simple structure, large-span operation areas, fast construction speed, energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, wind and earthquake resistance, long service life, and low cost. The materials used are national standard Q355B/Q235B, American, European, or Japanese standards, which can be selected according to local geographical climate and standard requirements.

Manufacturing Process Flow

First, model according to the design drawings, build the model, and have the customer confirm it. After the customer confirms it is correct, a material cutting list is issued to the workshop for steel plate part cutting and steel plate slitting; then assembled into H-shaped steel; submerged arc welding; mechanical correction; riveting assembly; welding; sandblasting and shot blasting to remove rust; grinding; coating; and finally, shipment and loading.
